28c is more than enough
Been there done that, but 33c would suit me year round for #ukgravel, so interesting to see the newer CAAD/Supersix fit those tyres

Aye, I was only kidding really. Had I known about the clearance on the new ones I might have been less tempted to get a topstone. That's been great in #ukgravel this winter though, tbf. I'm looking forward to seeing how it is when things get a bit dustier again; feels like a road bike with 700c/37c and like a rigid MTB with 650b.
As long as you have access to actual gravel (I have about 2 miles, 25 miles from my house) then a caad12 with 28c is more than enough bike (may have killed a brand new gp5000 doing this).
