Googling for the images of the pace ones brought up some pics of these
Which look better suited to seatstay mounting but it seemed like mostly American bmx places that were selling them.
There’s also these
That seem to be marketed for switching between two of the 20” wheel sizes but might be enough to go from 26” to 27.5” if you already have mounts on the frame.

Ah nice one thank you! Not sure on size of tube, just an idea at the moment to convert a frame to 650b for a laugh...
