@plantasia I would create a new floor to ceiling cupboard which will by the looks of things need to be protruding out beyond the left wall to cover the boiler - you could check out some standard Howdens doors sizes and build the cupboard apertures to fit them.
Someone with more legit knowledge can advise but i’d probably fit an air inlet at the top - because boiler.
Then have a bunch of shelves running down the right hand side for books, booze, soy sauce and other things that collect dust.
You dont need an inlet for air on combis all air comes from outside, just enough clearance so case can be accessed and worked on when it does breakdown or needs serviced.
