From what I understood, they weren't an actual real business and didn't pay all their commitments to Haas. Their energy drinks aren't widely available as far as I've heard so not sure how they plan to take on Red Bull.
You'd have to assume that Dorilton Capital are a bit smarter than trusting someone who appears to be a scammer, but who knows.
