All the sections quote don’t actually support the argument being made.
It’s essentially an exercise in sitting on the fence.
Like so many specialists they are usually overly conservative and biased to what they know but also don’t want to be proven wrong.

Well we’ll have evidence pretty soon either way.
Vaccination isn’t new, some of these might be quite new technologies but there is still precedent.
