In progress build but I don't know what i'm doing - obvs a way off completion but apart from what "feels right" - what is the 'right' stem / bar / shifter positioning ? I feel like angle bars up to match stem angle and drop shifters down a smidge ?
This is a 54 frame - i'm 5'11" (just) but with short legs (take 30" trousers max). Seatpost is just below the limit (its a short miche post) - but felt about right height wise when i swung my leg over.
Never ridden a drop bar bike so no frame of reference.
I find a good reference for checking bar angle is the bar ends being parallel with the head tube. Looks like you've got similar shape compact bars to me so that should work. Again, it's all personal preference but the flat transition to the hoods works well for me.
