    Unfortunately I don't currently have the details of the seller's solicitors, but I guess I could ask my solicitor for that?

    The seller's crap solicitors don't have law in the title, standards must be slipping.

  • I think either the agent or my solicitor ‘accidentally’ quoted them in an email chain when forwarding it to me.

  • The agent included the name and job title of the probate solicitor in an email, so obviously I googled him and found the place. I reckon they're using the same solicitors for conveyancing but no details.

    Will try and get hold of the agent tomorrow and see if we can get anything out of them.
