The problem is my right heel naturally points inwards, and towards my toe outwards. This is causing my ankle to hit the cranks when peddling. Adjusting my cleats to put my foot into a more straight position causes hip and knee pain.
Only solution I've found is a few spacers on the end of the right hand pedal spindle to give room for my foot to be in it's natural position without clashing with the cranks.Do you think speedplays would help this? I've thought about it before but weary to spend the money without being confident it would help!
Try speedplay people swear they work.
Or move the saddle back a bit.
