Yep, need to go a few clicks finer by the sounds of things (need is a strong word, no point in hitting your desired metrics if it means the coffee tastes worse!). In my experience tamping too hard can increase the amount of channelling making your problem worse rather than better.

It’s more like 18g in 60g out in 24-30 secs.
