Try speedplay people swear they work.
Or move the saddle back a bit. -

The problem is my right heel naturally points inwards, and towards my toe outwards. This is causing my ankle to hit the cranks when peddling. Adjusting my cleats to put my foot into a more straight position causes hip and knee pain.
Only solution I've found is a few spacers on the end of the right hand pedal spindle to give room for my foot to be in it's natural position without clashing with the cranks.Do you think speedplays would help this? I've thought about it before but weary to spend the money without being confident it would help!

Everyone is different .some people swear by with speedplay with knee problems .spacers helped my mate.
Or get pair off shoes which are wider.
My advise go for a bike fit 1st. -

Hey, let me know how much you want for them. Can’t say I have the money for unused Dura ace, but if it’s a good price I’ll see if I can make it work :)
Need some of these quick! having horrible problems with my knee, ankle and hip and hoping these will fix it!!!
