They probably don’t know the ins and outs. It’s a fairly specific part so don’t hold it against them too much.
You’ll also need the spacers and bearing shields and whatnot. If you find the exploded diagram for hollowgrams it will show you the part numbers.
Getting the Si crank will be easy and cheap, the Hollowgram cranks less so.

Yeah I'm only finding 109 out there... I guess the bike shop is wrong :/
