Venture beyond the suburbs into England’s quiet lanes. We dare you! You’re now as likely to see David (39, kitchen designer) walking his ‘Topstone’ carbon gravel bike (with a trail of tyre-sealant), as you are the somewhat expected sight of countryfolk upon a horse.
