I wonder how many of the pros complaining about the bans were in the 16? I'm pretty sure I've seen more than 16 post about it anyway

This is interesting. Matteo Trentin has said that the UCI rule changes were sent out to over 800 riders by email in November and December, and only 16 actually opened the document that detailed the changes.
