Tyre size and casing plays a part, 27.5x2.6 magic Mary with dh casing on my nomad at 23psi doesn't squirm too much and I can run lower if trails aren't rocky.
27.5x2.4 dhr/f with baseline flimsy side walls feels way more squirmy
