  • when u wanna start building wheels you can use a cheaper stand at first, the TS 2.2 is a very professional tool, but a 50 bucks stand will do the job too. DIY truing stands are even cheaper. For the tension meter, I think that can be purchased later, at first you will frustrate yourself with thoughts like "why this is taking soooo much time", so keep it essential for the first couple wheelbuilds. maybe others will say that a tension meter is a must have.
