• Interesting - seems like most people are running Rimpact then. I wonder what the difference between the two is in terms of density of the foam used - the Cush Cores seem like they might be slightly harder, but I'm sure they both do a very similar job.

    It might've been the tyre change coupled with fiddling with my coil shock, but putting inserts in and being able to run pressures around 20psi (I'm about 70kgs on a good day) made the bike ride like a magic carpet. Not sure I'd ever put inserts in the front, even riding at Maydena, but for the money it's a no brainer on the rear.

    FWIW I didn't have much of a problem installing Cush on my bike with a brand new Aggressor, then it took me only 25 minutes or so on a friend's bike the day after. I'm mandating that all friends treat themselves to a rear insert (oo err).
