Yeah I would love any old Volvo estate really. Our other family car is a modern Volvo, an independent Volvo specialist looks after it in Glasgow. Every time I'm there I always see some really nice old Volvos in for service. Theres a really souped up 850 estate I see around Glasgow all the time, its so obnoxiously loud that I often know its that particular car before I've even seen it.
Probably not the advice you want to hear but unless you really need the cash right now I'd keep the Golf!
I’m very thankful that cash flow isn’t an issue for us at the moment, so I’m not desperate to sell at all.
I’m really conscious that, the less it gets driven, the more chance of there being issues when I do. That and I want more space in the garage for bikes!
Aye, it will be spring in no time at all. A weekly evening cruise when the longer evenings come would keep it sweet.
But of course having 3.5k in your pocket and more space for bikes wouldn't hurt!
