  • MV!

What do you think of the B+M line small rear, enough? Just about to pull trigger on a line small rear or an supernova E3 rear (twice the price, but is it twice the light!?).

Mounting rear up on saddle rail, routed cable internal following rear disc hose to BB cluster, then around EBB and inside seatpost, means drilling a small hole in top of clamp, but worth it for stealth lighting. By this stage in my life I've probably lost £3-400 in lights from theft and/or falling off due to brackets snapping. Trying to make this last version solid.

  • Yeah I’m happy with it. I have one on my cargo bike and one on my fixed all road thingy bike. I might want something more if I did a lot of riding on unlit roads but for urban/suburban riding I think it’s plenty.

  • Sweet. In Glasgow those that don't see you ,don't see you no matter how closely you resemble a christmas tree, always try to make an effort though lol.
Going for the E3 anyways as the way it mounts gives me a better option for tucking it up in the seat cluster. Likely just going to drill and tap a hole in the piece of cast alloy clamp (old SDG I beam effort) and threadlock it on, path of least effort!
