Yeah to be fair, I see/hear a lot of people describe what they perceive as hood rats/yutes/rudeboys (or whatever stupid name) being suspect because they're riding a half decent bike. I don't think race is always involved in that, but definitely a judgement on appearance and what sort of bike people expect others to be riding.
