  • It never ceases to amaze me how much of US "cooking" is actually mixing together of processed items. So seldom a fresh ingredient in sight.

    Groceries are so expensive in the States, to put in perspective a tube of toothpaste costs like $8. It's much cheaper to eat fast food, even if it is something on the more healthier side.

  • Calling bullshit, food is cheaper in US than Canada, and I’ve never paid more than $6 cad for a tube. And toothpaste is not food in my house.

  • I'll take that as "I don't have a fucking clue but I'm going to comment on it anyway", because I don't remember you coming to NY or Boulder with me.
