Gardena winter gardening gloves. Probably the same as some other brands of work gloves, but the only ones I've used where the insulation doesn't come out when pulling off the glove. Great for outdoor carpentry in sub zero conditions. Reasonably waterproof and thin enough to still be able to pick up screws and nails.
(and the tag almost matches my almost indestructible Dickies canvas jacket)
Edit: - 16° today and my fingers are still usable. My toes aren't...
