Have there been incidents of pro's losing control, crashing, etc when in the super tuck position?

No. That's why the UCI is concerned about it. Because it's totally fucking irrelevant, but distracts from the appalling job they are doing dealing with genuine safety issues.

They've actually put forward lots of positive proposals to address safety issues, but for some reason the banning of the super tuck is getting all the attention. Almost like they did it on purpose.
