SOLDSOLDSOLD
Okay so some more niceness going from the lockup shakedown and closure.
Deemed too good for me now that I have a Moots to pamper..
Built for me using DT Swiss 240s Road hubs from a previous wheelbuild.
Onto brand new Mavic Open Pros (the dark grey/black ones with brake-rim rough ?ceramic/anodising).
Both 700c
Using pretty sure silver CX-Rays as I never put anything else onto my wheels..
Used for about 100miles if that and then put into storage for a good long while...
Front
DT Swiss 240s Radial hub
32h count; radial lacing
Super smooth
Very tiny wobble
Minimal/no wear to brake surfaces; few minor scuffs scratches from storage but no more
Rear
DT Swiss 240s Road
32h count
Very very smooth, excellent pawl engagement
Has a minor/slight wobble
10/11 speed Shimano hub body; pitting from use
Minimal/no wear to brake surfaces; few minor scuffs scratches from storage but no more
So...
Overall excellent condition, high-end build wheelset
Have been sitting so I'd highly recommend a good truing/spoke tensioning; can be cycled as is but that's what I was planning to do if I were to put them to use again.
Some 'chewing' to the freehub body from cassette engagement. Works as it should but I'm pedantic so I like buyers to be aware.
No skewers included
SOLD
Please ask with any questions etc
I can post at cost/insurance etc
Will provide any pics needed once I get some daylight time
There's also a green Specialized Tricross SS 56cm in the lockup looking a new home..
Cheers. Tom
