Email from wahoo and sounds like they are going to replace my kickr core after less than a week. How fast is their customer service ? Will they send me a replacement and collect the faulty one at the same time?
Was just wondering if people had experience. As an update, they will collect it next Monday and once it is recorded as being on its way back will send out a replacement, so might have one by next Friday.
