Royal Mail... you have to prove what the item cost you, not what you sold it for. So you are probably up the creek and they will send you some stamps.

I provided sales invoice from Ebay and new price for the same saddle linked to a webpage - I now only ever use special delivery or Hermes who despite their reputation I've never had a problem with
