I think Stayer is starting production this week, will still be a while once I get my hands on it as it's getting painted right after.
The complete build will also be a while as I decided I want to wait on some news on updated Di2. Unless I come across a placeholder in the meantime.
The Black inc kit will be for the Stayer and I think a traditional stem bar combo would look best. I just don't like the look of integrated bar/stem combo's, they never look really nicely balanced somehow.

If you’re going for Black Inc stuff, why not the integrated bar/stem? My default position was against them as I like the modularity of more components, but I think they are a good way to bring a bike bang up to date. May not suit rounder tube profiles of the CAAD, though.
