On a power to weight basis, Pidcock can’t be far off the very top of any athlete in any field.
His aerobic system is probably as good or better than Mo Farahs.
Other than technique maybe, I would expect him to be a ridiculously fast runner based on his build.
I imagine Mo Farah would be pretty handy in a 15 minute hill climb up a mountain with a little bike training...
