By far my best winter glove are Sportful Fiandre Gloves, https://www.wiggle.co.uk/sportful-fiandre-gloves
(Looks like they have updated them)
but they strike a good balance of dexterity and water/ wind protection and warmth as the temp drops.
If I have to go out like this evening these void lobster gloves are what I wear, hands toasty warm
