So with a 130mm sagged fork, plus your proposed 50mm stem and 60mm(?) bars, you'll end up with something like this

You got the seat tube angle wrong. The sagged TT will be just 12mm longer than on the Sir9 I have in classifieds.

The edit looks right. I'll be using pike ultimate with the new air spring or a rigid 500mm A-C fork with a spacer crown race, the one made by Niner for Jet9.
