You know there's another way by replacing the rachet in the lever? Then you don't need two mechs, and can have 12 speed.
Yeah but you have to buy a lot of stuff, I have a spare cassettes, wheels and chains in 11 speed. Probably more useful for people with small cages anyways, it's pretty much the same thing in long cage.
