Think I remember this one on eBay for £550, super nice.

Thinking of taking a Dolan fixed tandem frame then adding a front brake with both discs and calipers - does such a fork exist that has both mounts and is structurally capable? Am I crazy?

There are plenty of forks with disc tabs and canti/v-brake studs, but they tend to be much longer than would be a good fit on the Dolan track frame. There's very little to be gained from having two front brakes on a tandem, much better to have one front and one rear.
