Looking for someone to package and send a bike from Manchester > Amsterdam

In August, I took ownership of a wonderful Surly Straggler from another forumer, who kindly dropped it off at my parents place in Sale. The plan was I would hop over from Amsterdam (where I live) to collect the bike and cycle it back. In hindsight it was a terrible plan, as coronavirus has made any non-essential travel impossible.

Now I'm wondering if I can pay someone to collect the bike, package it suitably and ship it to me here. Anyone interested / know someone that might be?

Other than my fear I'd stuff this bit up, I'm furloughed & near Sale so have time to help.

I'm also a maybe. Just up the road from Sale. Should have a box spare shortly and plenty of packing material, but new lockdown might make collecting and getting it to a courier a bit tricky.

Have a feeling it might be my old frame too!

Thanks both. Turns out unless the bike is brought over in person, I'll likely get charged hundreds of € in import duties etc (thank you Brexit).

So for now I'm going to leave it where it is and quite possibly sell it on. Very much appreciate the offers to help though!
