Continuing the theme of sticking flat bars on green bikes, here's my Pinnacle Arkose.

curious how much better mechanical discs feel with mtb levers rather than road ones

These are Sora levers with TRP spire brakes, which replaced 105 brifters. The 105s worked fine, the Sora have more leverage, and I find Shimano road shifters uncomfortable, but it's not a night and day difference.

Love the colour scheme - a less chunky stem is the only improvement to be made imo.

As goofy and lame as they are, that Mash stem actually looks pretty good on this bike.
