I think so, noisy miyota. I am no fan of the movement on the baby dreadnought. It’s noisy and the date starts changing at 11:30! Reliable so far though.

Mine wobbled on the wrist. Never had another watch quite so bad. Longines BigEye wobbled slightly but comparing to the Smiths it was nothing. The Smiths felt like it’s about to take off for a good few seconds!

Is it still the same movement in the Everest? It’s noisy to the point of sounding broken.. I grew to find it endearing but worried me initially. The gilt one looks great though and the clasp is meant to be really good. I’m always impressed by the build quality of mine (1st generation)
