wtb: beaterish / cheap 700c clincher wheels for charity build

OK, charity build might be stretching it a little, but @benana and I are trying to cobble together a bike from our parts bins as a gift for a pal. We normally ride bmx but his sciatica is preventing him from coming out on that and so it's time he had an adult's bike and got moving again.

We're basically there but need a rear wheel, or maybe a pair. Ideally shimano freehub body for 8 speed cassette to be compatible with our other bits, braking surface required. Collection in London ideally (we're NE) to keep costs down.

Hmm, I have a 135mm rear that needs some tweaking of the spokes but has good braking surface and hub (8/9/10) is ok. I'm in North Herts but you can have the wheel FOC if it's any use.
