Bought a Baratza Encore from eBay. Aside from turning up absolutely caked in coffee, which I'm not particularly impressed with, it's also missing the rubber seal that's supposed to sit between the hopper and top burr. Question for anyone else with one - how important is this seal? Do I need to replace or will it work fine without?
