Old: Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese, just off Fleet Street. Many literary connections, as the clue suggests.
It was also the home of the Rhymers' Club in the 1890s, a group of decadent poets with a penchant for wine, experimentation, and, in hindsight perhaps, less than wise life choices.
