FYI - My wife and I had it this was the guidance our GP sent us on the Oximeter readings
Saturation 94-95%: something is going on - consider a chest x-ray and bloods
Saturation 92-93%: You need to go to hospital Now, for assessment - Chest x-ray, bloods and ideally CT scan of lungs - you will benefit from steroids if you have covid lung inflammation - & checking for clots.
Saturation 90% or less: You need hospital admission - do not delay.Heal up.

So day 4 of symptoms, managed about 2 hours of fretful sleep as my skin felt so sensitive that the feeling of the duvet kept me awake. Couldn’t remove it either because I was so cold and shivery.
Clocked in at 39.5 degrees this morning, temp brought down a bit with paracetamol and ibuprofen.
Sense of taste and smell is ok.
Pulse ox is about 96% and HR is elevated about 20bpm
