Scottish Green Party wants an unexplained wealth order investigation into Trump's financing of his purchases of Scottish golf courses. Eric has thrown a wobbly and Scottish Greens leader countered: "As entertaining as Eric Trump's tantrum is, he doesn't say where his dad got the money to buy his Scottish golf courses, which is exactly why I'm calling on the Scottish Government to seek an unexplained wealth order."
Superb!
(and that Eric saw fit to respond might imply that it may be close to the mark)

China to Trump:' Good riddance and fuck off'

Ross Greer is also fond trolling the gammon with a bit of Churchill bashing - I find it quite amusing
The fact that Beavis took the bait just gives it more column inches though, might get a debate on it if he keeps that up
*Edit - Patrick Harvie is raising it in Holyrood this afternoon apparently, right on time

might get a debate

I hope the Scottish Fairway Party and the Scottish Bunker Party chip in with some inputt, as well. This can't go uninvestigated.

Just what sort of agenda are you driving at here?

No need for the Scottish 19th Hole Party to be invoked,
the Scots Tories are probably happy to support Trump. -

A hole-in-one, not a whiff or a flub.

There may be some things to iron out between them beFore pressing forward

• #16238
Agreed, it would be a pity if disagreements left them wedged apart.
-
• #16239
But why would they disagree about possible backhanders at the clubhouse?

Implication of some rough justice perhaps?

Cannot wait for the FBI and Justice Department to give them the same designation.

Ok I’ve a recent history of not picking up tone of voice... but... that looks like bollocks to me no?

What part? Are you suggesting its fake or that the interpretation is wrong?

He posted it 4 days ago and we haven't heard anything else about it since - based on that alone, there may not be much to it.

I recall hearing and reading about it from a couple of days after the attack. I thought it was a matter of fact?
Now there's a thread derail if there ever was one. Depending on what kind of batons you're talking of course
But to answer your question I'd imagine supports on each side + a long support along the back of the desk top should work. You might need something at the front as well depending on the thickness of the desk. We use an 18mm birch ply top and it sags a tiny bit between two supports that are 140cm from each other
