Last one I owned was GT5. Always picked up the Civic when I could and tuned it to it's limit to win as much as I could with it.
Can't remember how if that game had the spoon version (probably didn't) -

It's almost definitely going to look tacky but I'm going to attempt to paint (or get someone else to paint) a bike modelled on that Civic.
