Sintered last a lot longer, you should at least get 1.1 rides out of them.

“ I sent out the new fender to you yesterday, you should have it today/tomorrow. We added a coat of resin on this one and also trimmed it on the CNC machine, so the outline shape should be more consistent/accurate and the finish smooth and sealed. Let me know if you have any problems with it etc.”

And it arrived, and is still shit. I'll put it on the bike anyway, but I am astonished at the quality of this not inexpensive part.

Very kind of you not to mention the brand name so these pics don't show up when somebody Googles them.

There are so many options for a Cane Creek Helm direct-mount fender/mudguard that no one will ever be able to work it out, either.

Send it back and get a refund Neil. That finish is terrible. There is absolutely no reason other than laziness for why the finish is that bad.

Well on the plus side, you have lots of embedded fingerprints in the glue and finish that you can use to frame someone for a murder.

Did it come with that fluff as well, or is it 'model's own'?

The guard bit looks OK but the mount bit...omg

• #19446
Like I’m sure someone said before, although you’re keen on a bolt on option, you’re better off getting a guard that zip ties on as it helps protect your fork seals*, where as this style does not.
*you frequently ride in wet and even sandy conditions

Well fuck my o-zone.
Please for the love of god send that back. It's still not even the gloss finish that's expected.
