Have one of those and it's quite nice, just make sure you use washers as the aluminium is pretty soft. Only word of warning is that if you have a Wahoo the mounting puck is 90 degrees compared to a Garmin, meaning it uses the same holes that you would want to use underneath for the GoPro mount. I've solved that problem by getting https://www.wiggle.co.uk/prime-computer-mount-gopro-interface as it has screw holes in both orientations.
Having said the aluminium is soft, that's not to say it isn't sturdy though, no problem at all with mine, even with a GoPro and a light mounted underneath via a twin bracket.
As seager mentions, it also depends on the stem angle, but as long as you don't have anything too crazy going on should be fine. The adjustable variant adds one pivot which might loosen/move so I'd be inclined to avoid unless necessary.
