  • 233km for me, biggest monthly total for me by approx 100km.

  • I built up over December until twisting my ankle and have really slowed down my running for the most part to get miles in my legs.
    I actually feel like I’ve got less niggles now that I am running more miles at a steady pace than when I was trying to run as fast as I could 2 or 3 times a week over shorter distances, they are more tired though generally.
