Aesthetically challenging, but I can understand why you might want 30/45. I guess thats why there was a period of hideous ergo shape bars?
The Pro Vibe sprint bars (Mark Cavendish version or otherwise) have a flat transition, 45 degree angle, and horizontal bottom section.
