  • Month one done of the 10k pb plan 300k for the month. Feeling good. No serious injuries just a random purple toenail and hamstrings and lower back have been feeling a bit tight but I've read an article claiming tight hamstrings are often just weak hamstrings and i do have a bit of a lazy heel lift when running so this month I'm going to avoid stretching and hit my posterior chain and lateral stabilisers twice a week and see if that helps. I picked this up on sale to help and its actually pretty good. I did a running specific blitz yesterday and really felt it this morning so you can definitely do an effective conditioning workout with it.
