Better to over pay then claim it back
Or just leave it there to use for your next bill, if you have the cash laying around. At 0.5% with the security of government backing, it's as good as having it on deposit with any other institution.

Better to over pay then claim it back to be safe, I paid the July payment early by mistake one year and it got refunded without issue.
