Looks (un)surprisingly similar to a Tektro 926AL 😉
Generally, you want to be looking for arms which are in the form of a C-Channel, like the Shimano ones or the higher end Tektro/TRP models. The cheap ones like the 926AL and similar can be found wanting in the torsional stiffness of the arm, which can lead to sponginess, poor modulation, chatter and all the other things we're trying to avoid by ditching cantilevers.

no Shimano
Yeah, unfortunately they were hard enough to find when the German shops were still shipping to the UK. Bike-Discount have 353s for cheap, which you can effectively upgrade to Tiagra by adding XT brake shoes and that often comes out cheaper than buying 463s, but you'd need to add more than that to your order to get over their £160 minimum basket for UK shipment.
SJSC have 353 fronts in stock, the rears only differ in the lead pipe angle.
A quick look on eBay brought up some Campagnolo Mirage but no Shimano as mentioned above- anyone know anything about those?https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Campagnolo-Mirage-mini-V-brakes-/114648379947?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49292
