you know sometimes you think you're going mad. Pal ordered Small, box had small written on it (just in marker pen) there was a scrap of paper that said Kuota frame XS and I've just measured up for him as he thought he was going mad and, err, yeah, looks medium. I guess the obvious fail-safe (huge margin of error so unlikely to mis-measure) is that head tube (D) with the S being a full 20mm shorter
