What time is it? Watches and horology

Pretty pleased to get my mitts on this Bulova Snorkel ‘Devil Diver’. Most of these that’ve popped up last year were either missing the lovely OG puffy lume or silly money.

Good work. Every time I see one of these pop up they're in average condition and cost $600-800.

I did see a lots of lovely Bulova, I actually think your is the best of all, especially the slight Explorer vibe.

Yeah, I'm constantly looking at eBay for Accutron/Bulova/Caravelle dive bargains but nothing ever seems to stay cheap enough for me to want to buy it.

bah, too big for me at 40mm :(

Tissot PRX - quite a few people from the watch forum are returning them straight away, so anyone keen please consider that they do wear big apparently. One guy said this, which sums it up nicely:

"It does wear really big. My wrist is just under 7 inches and this felt like a big flat plate on my wrist. It's nice and thin but the first bracelet link doesn't move so it feels like it's really long lug to lug. I've had several 42mm watches, PO, Pelagos, etc but this somehow wore even bigger than those. Even my B&R BR03 wore smaller.

In summary, it's good value, nicely finished but definitely see it and try it on in the flesh, and if you're wrist is under 7 inches I wouldn't recommend it."

Hope this helps someone (or maybe saves £300).

Still on the fence about the comfort of the barton. But do like the look.

Straton Curve chrono

Someone recent mentioned orange NATO as the universal strap choice, so have opted for that today. Works well.
