You probably want a bit more clearance than that (or at least move the paper bag). I've been keeping an eye on mine in a bit of a bigger cupboard and it does cause a bit of a temperature increase by the vents.

We just replaced our version of that (10+ years old) with an exact replacement. Very, very good microwaves and ~£100.

£10 says you end up binning the grill stand thing as it never gets used really and doesn't fit neatly in the cupboard with other stuff.
